How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or via the Stripe customer portal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How do I export my data?

You can export individual prompts as .txt or .docx files directly from the editor. For bulk data export or account data requests, contact support@promptota.com.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

If you cancel your subscription, your account remains accessible until the end of your billing period. After that, your account becomes read-only for 30 days, allowing you to export your data. After 30 days of inactivity, your data may be deleted according to our retention policy.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your Account Settings. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing adjustments.

How do boost packs work?

Boost packs are one-time purchases that add extra analysis credits to your account. They never expire and work with any subscription plan. You can purchase boost packs from the Pricing page.

Is my data secure and private?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, Row-Level Security (RLS), and secure authentication to protect your data. Your prompts are only used to provide analysis services. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
